Miguel Ferreira, Celso Pereira, and Filipe Carvalho are the people behind the Adega Cooperativa de Favaios wines. This young and dynamic team took the lead of all the oenology area in 2001, motivated by the wish to innovate and improve the company's wines. The team was responsible for the great challenge of developing and designing a new winemaking centre for the production of the Winery's various wines, as well as for the creation of new wines such as the special categories of Muscatel, Douro White and Red wines, and even Sparkling wines.
With their ever-present commitment to modernising the company, researching and learning the most about the grapes of the magnificent region of Favaios, this team continues above all to try to innovate and create new wines that may result in great moments of pleasure for its consumers.
