Online Sales – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with paragraph l) of Article 4(1) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, consumers are informed that they have the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (except return shipping costs) and without needing to provide a reason, within 14 days from the day they acquire physical possession of the goods, in the case of sales contracts.

The return of items must be made by presenting the respective invoice and/or proof of payment, and the items must be in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging.

In cases of contract withdrawal, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in Article 13(2) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

The procedure for exercising the right is set out in Articles 10 and 11 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, available here, and the withdrawal form found in Part B of the annex to this decree may be used.

Return Conditions:

1. Item shows no signs of improper use.
2. The consumer must, within 14 days from the date they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract, return or hand over the goods to the supplier or to a person authorized for this purpose.
