Customers’ personal data will be retained, namely:
For a period of 1 (one) year after the customer’s last transaction, without prejudice to the retention of personal data for a longer period to comply with legal obligations;

Customers have the right to:
- request and receive relevant information about the processing of personal data by the company;
- request access to their personal data, including obtaining confirmation that their personal data is being processed;
rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data by the company; - Customers also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), if they believe that the processing of personal data violates their rights and/or the applicable data protection laws.
