Adega de Favaios Nat Ensaio R Rosé

With a vivid pink color, the Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) Adega de Favaios rosé is produced from grapes harvested on the Favaios plateau (between 600 and 700 meters) and ferments with indigenous yeasts, with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle, which results in gas accumulation. It presents floral, red fruit, and fermentative aromas. Creamy, lively, and with good acidity on the palate. Intense and juicy in a simple yet pure and flavorful package.
