The year 1999 was one of the most generous for the quality of Moscatel grapes in Favaios. The grapes achieved an extraordinary concentration, allowing the creation of this Moscatel full of the characteristic aromas of the variety. Despite the long aging and aromatic richness, this Moscatel still presents some of the most typical aromas of the variety, such as citrus, lime blossom, and orange blossom. It is also strongly marked by aromas of honey, raisins, dried figs, and caramel, which give it great complexity. On the palate, it displays the typical sweetness of Moscatel de Favaios, very well balanced by the characteristic acidity of the plateau.
