The Cooperative Favay Winery, CRL recognizes that a solid Food Quality and Security Policy is a fundamental instrument of its strategy and as such a success factor for operations.

From this perspective, it is aim:

    • Favor partnership relationships with stakeholders by promoting proper internal and external communication on subjects related to Quality, Food Safety, Authenticity and Environmental, Economic and Social Sustainability, ensuring product quality and excellence and its contribution to the community improvement;
    • Increasing production and marketing, in compliance with established procedures, existing legal standards and assumed contractual requirements, investing in new technologies and manufacturing processes, obeying principles of economic-financial rationality and social and environmental effectiveness;< /li>
    • View the commitment and input from all employees, providing the necessary training and information and a healthy, motivating healthy work environment. Fostering and valued teamwork, allowing continuously improving the effectiveness of management processes, assuming a food safety culture and quality of excellence;
    • Secure compliance with normative and regulatory legal requirements applicable to activity;
    • Implement, review and communicate this policy to all your employees, associates, suppliers, clients and stakeholders;
