Terms and conditions of use

1 - By accessing and browsing this website, the user accepts unequivocally be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use. The Adega de Favaios, CRL (hereinafter "ACF") can change freely and without notice these Terms and Conditions of Use and it is the User's responsibility to, in each use, check their text. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MUST LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.
2 - The ACF maintains this site to be used by users with legal age to consume alcohol in your country of residence and in the country where they are accessing the site. Otherwise, the user may be violating the laws or regulations applicable in your country of residence or in your country of access and must leave the site immediately.
3 - The user can print material on this site under the following conditions:
The user is located in a country or territory where the consumption of alcohol is legally permitted and have the age to consume alcoholic beverages (In Portugal, 16 years);
Make a strictly personal use of the material, excluding therefore any commercial use;
Do not remove any copyright statement or other indication of ownership or otherwise alter the content;

5 - The information on this site has been collected and treated in good faith and serves exclusively for general information and its use is at own sole risk of the User.
The ACF does not guarantee that access to this site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of disturbances, free of viruses or other harmful material or that the information in this site is complete, accurate or current.
6 - ACF reserves the right to make changes and corrections, suspend or terminate the site when it considers it appropriate and without notice, as well as restrict or prevent at any time your access to this site or any part with or without notice.

9 - You are hereby advised that any information or material sent to this site, whether through e-mail message to discussion group, "upload" or otherwise will be considered non-confidential and non reserved. You agree that any information or material you sent to the site including ideas, creative concepts, know-how, process development, production and marketing of products or other materials and techniques may be used, reproduced and disclosed by ACF, without restriction, with the purpose ACF finds appropriate without payment of any amount or disclosure of the information source concerned. The user further states that irrevocably waives the "moral rights" in any materials sent by them. If the user forwards to the website illegal content, defamatory, obscene or scandalous, ACF will cooperate with the competent authorities or to the court, if requested or ordered to ACF to reveal the identity or help identify or locate the user in question.
